1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or placing an order with Higher Fittings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Products & Specifications

Product descriptions, dimensions, pressure ratings and standards references are published for engineering reference. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a selected part is suitable for the intended application, including pressure, temperature, media compatibility and applicable codes. Specifications may be refined as products are improved.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; orders are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. Volume and distributor pricing are available on request.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may decline or limit an order at our discretion, including where pricing or listing errors occur; in such cases any payment taken will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss passes to the buyer upon our delivery of goods to the carrier. Claims for transit damage should be noted with the carrier and reported to us promptly.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the Higher Fittings Warranty. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED THERE, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higher Fittings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, data tables, images, logos and design — is the property of Higher Fittings or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Higher Fittings is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
