Our Commitment

Higher Fittings products are manufactured under an ISO-certified quality system with full dimensional inspection, thread-form verification and pressure-rating validation. We stand behind every part we ship.

Coverage

Higher Fittings warrants that its fittings and adapters are free from defects in material and workmanship and conform to their published specifications for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, when used within rated pressures, temperatures and compatible media in accordance with accepted hydraulic practice.

Making a Claim

If a part fails to meet its published specification, contact us with the part code, order number, application details (pressure, media, temperature) and photos where possible. Our engineering team will review the claim promptly. Verified warranty claims are resolved by replacement, credit or refund at our option, and we provide prepaid return shipping for parts required back for inspection.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: normal wear; damage from improper installation, over-torquing or incorrect assembly; use beyond rated pressure or temperature; incompatible media or corrosion from the service environment; modification or repair by others; or damage occurring in transit after delivery to the carrier where risk has passed to the buyer.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higher Fittings' liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected parts, and we are not liable for removal, reinstallation or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
