All Hydraulic Fittings & Adapters

Every part number here is fixed by four attributes, and narrowing them in the right order is what makes the whole catalogue navigable. Standard first, then shape, then size, then material. Each step rules out more of the catalogue than the next, and only the last is a preference; the other three are dictated by hardware already on the machine.

Standard first is not arbitrary. A 37° JIC male threads cleanly into a 45° flare female and weeps a week later; NPT and BSPT share enough pitch to start and then split a port. Establishing which document each end answers to — SAE J514, J1453, J1926/ISO 11926, ASME B1.20.1, ISO 228 or ISO 8434-1 — removes failures a size filter never catches.

Where it's specified

  • Standard, both ends — identify the female end first, usually the fixed port, and measure thread OD and pitch rather than trusting a label
  • Shape — straight, 45°, 90°, tee, cross, bulkhead, swivel or reducer, chosen by routing and clearance; one elbow or swivel often saves two joints
  • Size — the dash figure counts sixteenths of tube or hose bore, never thread diameter, so -08 lands on three unlike threads across JIC, ORFS and ORB; metric and BSP use their own designation
  • Material — plated carbon steel for pressure and price, 316/316L stainless where corrosion would eat plating, brass for instrument and low-pressure lines

Range and materials. The full catalogue covers JIC 37° flare, ORFS, SAE ORB, NPT, NPSM, flareless, BSP, metric DIN, SAE split flange, brass, quick disconnects and caps and plugs, across common dash and metric sizes.

Ordering notes. Use this listing to check availability once you know what you need; use the connection ranges to work that out. Where an adapter crosses two standards, order the single part rather than stacking two fittings — every extra joint is another leak path and another inch of stack. When a port is unfamiliar, a thread gauge settles it faster than a part-number search.
